If for any reason your flowers do not meet your expectations, we ask that you notify our friendly staff within 48 hours of receiving your flowers so that we can assess the problem and find a satisfactory solution. Our aim is to please every customer. The original bouquet or item should be returned to us as soon as possible.

Occasionally, during the pre-processing or the delivery process, damage can occur. Our best effort will be made to replace the damaged product. Because flowers and plants are perishable products, there are many factors such as extreme weather conditions, lack of fresh water or harsh sunlight which can affect longevity.
