The Flower Pot is proud of our excellent reputation for customer care and satisfaction. We strive for optimum quality and freshness for every bouquet we deliver. If for any reason your flowers do not meet your expectations, we ask that you notify our friendly staff within 48 hours of receiving your flowers so that we can assess the problem and find a satisfactory solution. Our aim is to please every customer. The original bouquet or item should be returned to us as soon as possible.
Occasionally, during the pre-processing or the delivery process, damage can occur. Our best effort will be made to replace the damaged product. Because flowers and plants are perishable products, there are many factors such as extreme weather conditions, lack of fresh water or harsh sunlight which can affect longevity.

Flowers are are a product of nature and may vary from season to season, plant to plant, flower to flower, and all items on our website are always subject to availability and prior sale, and may not always be exactly as shown.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
