A local delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address. ($15.00 For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) $20.00 for wire out orders, which includes delivery and relay fee.

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays, unless prior arrangements have been made. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

In the off chance we do not have the exact flowers for the arrangement you select we reserve the right to substitute similar flowers of comparable look and value. Some flowers require 24 hours notice for availibility.

Deliveries may be left on the doorstep, weather and temperature permittin,g if recipient is not at home and neighbor cannot be found to take in the order.
